The reader has great expectation from members of Loksabha and Rajyasabha. Would it ever be possible all come together and work for border dispute. Its asking for heaven. It appears that only solution would be at least 1 crore Maharastrians should walk to Delhi and make life of all loksabha members miserable.

First of all, Heartiest Congratulations to Daily Sakaal for Blog Service.

I am a regular PMT customer (and not only a commuter). At the Pune Manapa Bhavan terminal, there are three different bus stands for Chinchwadgaon; namely (a) Route 122 (b) Routes 36 & 204; and (c) Rout 296 on the bridge. I would like to advise the Authorities that all these stops may be brought to a single location so that PMT customers will be able to enjoy a good frequency of buses for Chinchwadgaon. At Chinchwadgaon, all the PMT buses come to a single place which has benefited to the customers to get buses faster and save their precious time. All Chinchwadgaon PMT customers are requested to pursue this demand with PMT. --- Ramesh Walvekar, Chinchwadgaon, Pune-33 surel_ramesh@yahoo.co.in

The border dispute is an old one maybe about 25 years old no body in the politik has bothered to solve it permanently why, today the country is facing a rough delicate patch all the issues facing our dear country r very horrible and no political party has the guts ,will to solve any of the issues for good so on what grounds will this border dispute will see a solution, most of the issues r pending in the courts the judiciary solves the problems the political parties and their leaders r just partying for fun at our xpense. So no use even to attempt to go any place to solve the dispute.

DELAYED PMT-PCMT MERGER - The commuters of the public transports of PMT and PCMT have been suffering heavily because of delay in the merger of PMT and PCMT bus services. About a decade back, the CIRT had recommended for merger of these two municipal transports in the wide interest of the commuters in this twin city. Then it took another few years to discuss and decide on the issue. Now it is almost a year has passed that the final decision has been taken for the merger and even the State Government has also approved it. But there seem to be more hurdles in the merger; mainly due to political influence. The politicians and corporators of these two cities are more concerned about their political interests, personal gains and egos than the common man’s genuine demand of having a reliable, faster and cheaper road transport. Every day thousands of passengers are getting stranded even at the main bus terminals like Manapa Bhavan, Swargate etc. The story of the commuters waiting for buses on midway is not different but horrible. The people of Pune should now come forward and ask these bastards to stop the politicisation of this issue. The merger should immediately take place by fixing a deadline for this.
