If court will give such decisions, it will add to crime only.
such criminals should be hanged till death which is the only way to stop such crimes, which is dark spot on society.

It's amazing!!!!!
If court is going to give such decisions, then how do each & every indian feel secure in our country?
I don't understand how the NEW DELHI COURT can expect A CRIMINAL to serve society. If he is proved to be criminal whether he has done this first time should not matter at all....
This decision indirectly says that "THERE IS NO NEED TO HAVE FEAR OF BEING HANGED OR LIFE IMPRISONMENT WHEN YOU ARE DOING SOME CRIME FIRST TIME.........BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE PUNISHED AS YOU ARE DOING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME......ACCORDING TO THE COURT"

THOUGH OUR COUNTRY IS GOING TO BECOME THE WORLD'S LARGEST POWER
IN 2020,IT WILL NOT BE OF ANY USE IF WE ARE LOSING OUR MINDS....

The Point is why that girl or lady requested court to forgive the accused ?

We do not know the details, the relationship between the girl and an accused, we even do not know what exactly he did as sex abuse, how serious it was.

Under these circumstances we cannot say that court has given less punishment.

If the girl would not have given a complaint at all, question of punishment does not arise.

According to present law even to look at the women and stear at her for a long time also can be treated as sex abuse.

So such cases are highly subjective and cannot be generalised.

We assume that court has considered all the aspects before giving this punishment.

It is no more justice .Taking the reference of the supreme courts result some people will start
demanding what they want and would
torture their daughter in laws.It is not fair on part of the parents
of the girls.
