Blogging is an extremely significant media development, and it is good to see Sakaal take a pioneering first step and start a blog.
It won't be a bad idea if you post newsbreaks and editorials on a day-to-day basis. Bloggers will have views on them which is always good.

To GM, PMT -
Actually training is required to passangers. some points are as under -

1. Be patient.
2. If you want to meet an appoint at a particular time start early.
3. Have a sixth sense (If there is no board of destination you must imagine)
4. Always keep change.
5. Be prepared to stand on bus stop as well as in the bus during journey.
6. Take care of your belongings.
7. Even if you saw the bus empty going in front of you and did not stop at the bus stop do not get angry.
8. Learn to avoid rikshwas standing on bus stop
9. If radio mirchy or any other music is blowing in bus at full volume additing to noise pollution remember the saying in miltary "If you can't avoid rape, enjoy rape"
and last but not least
PMT stands for Public Murder Transport

Hi,
i think this is a great achievement for any regional language newspaper to celebrate 75 years.think about that era when running printing press was just impossible yet SAKAL have successfully reach to this point by crossing all the huddles.
I think this is the result of improovements SAKAL have made in their editions.the recent example is in front of us SAKAAL BLOGSPOT

HEARTIEST CONGRATULATIONS TO SAKAAL AND TEAM

In current situations, we cant even think of predicting the end date of this load-shading. Atleast, im glad that its only 2 hrs. Better to see the glass 'Half full' than complaining bout it being 'Half-empty'.
I dont know about rural areas, and the insane loadshading hours there.

No offence meant, but just wish you had invited all the campus reporters too when you invited the rest of the staff.
